Silken Tofu topped with a savory sweet and spicy sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. Tapped D'arce Chili Oil
- 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. miso
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. minced ginger
- 1 block of silken tofu
- chopped scallions
Instructions
- Drain the water from the silken tofu and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, honey, miso, garlic and ginger. Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the spicy sauce on top of the silken tofu and garnish with chopped scallions.
