This hot sauce is based on a Jiu-Jitsu submission with the same name, Arm bar. The submission starts with the swift tug of the arm; similar to how the hot sauce first whets your appetite with the bright and spicy tang of the peppers, vinegar, and apples. The arm is then secured by squeezing the knees together; similar to how the sauce hooks you with a deep curry flavor that compliments the heat. Finally, the move is finished by hyperextending the elbows to secure a tap; just like how the sauce taps you out with its umami and heat!
