Pumpkin Chili

Need something to warm you up this season? Pumpkin Chili! A warm hug in a bowl and a pleasant whiff of autumn!
Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 sweet onion
- olive oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 15oz. can of kidney beans
- 1 15oz. can of black beans
- 1 15oz. can of diced tomatoes
- 1 15oz. can pumpkin puree
- 1 6oz. can tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup Armbar hotsauce
- 1 tbsp. Garam Masala
- cheese
- dark chocolate
- cilantro
Instructions
- Saute diced onion and minced garlic in a pot until onions are translucent.
- Add the ground beef and cook until brown.
- Drain the kidney beans and black beans and add it to the pot.
- Add diced tomato, tomato paste, water, pumpkin puree, garam masala and hot sauce. Stir the pot, cover and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve the chili in a bowl. Top with cilantro, cheese, and a chunk of dark chocolate for added richness.
