Hot Honey Baked Brie

Decided to try this viral baked brie recipe using our own hot honey mixture and it did not disappoint!

Gooey melty cheesy goodness with the perfect amount of sweet and spice; the perfect cheese spread for anything.

Prep time: 10 MinCook time: 15 MinTotal time: 25 Min

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 tbsp. D’arce chili oil
• 2 sprigs of thyme
• 1 8oz wheel of brie

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix honey and chili oil to make a hot honey mixture
3. Cut 1/4 inch slits on top of the Brie to allow the hot honey to seep thru inside the cheese.
4. Pour hot honey on top of brie, and sprinkle with thyme.
5. Place on a parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
6. Serve it right away while its hot and melty over some bread or crackers.
