Chinese Cucumber Salad
Chinese Cucumber Salad! They are as much fun to make as it is to eat it! Simple, Refreshing and fun!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. D’arce Chili Oil
- 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
Instructions
- Place cucumber between two chop sticks. Slice thru the cucumber diagonally until it hits the chop sticks. Flip the cucumber and repeat the process on the other side.
- Sprinkle salt over cucumber and let it rest for 15 minutes. Rinse cucumber afterwards to remove the salt.
- Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the cucumbers.
